POSITION: KITCHEN HELPER
HOURS: Full - Time (Varied shifts, every weekend and holidays)
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, write and speak English
DESCRIPTION: This individual will be responsible for the proper cleaning of equipment, floors, dishes, pot, food carts etc. depending on assigned daily duties. Follows sanitary and safety procedures. Performs related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to read, write and speak English. Able to comprehend oral and written instructions. Some previous kitchen/cleaning experience required. Knowledge of standard cleaning, sanitation and safety procedures. Looking for energetic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.

POSITION: CHEF
HOURS: Full - Time (varied shifts, most weekends and holidays)
EDUCATION: A.A.S. Degree in Culinary related program required.
DESCRIPTION: This individual will be responsible for the preparation of food for patients, employees, customers and catering functions. Maintains high standards of sanitation in food handling and work station. Must be able to prepare foods as directed, follow standardized recipes and work in the cafeteria as needed. Must be familiar with the operation and care of equipment, follow sanitary and safety procedures. Performs related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: A.S.S. Degree in a Culinary related program required. Must be able to read, write & speak the English language. ServSafe Certificate is preferred. Knowledge of standard cooking, cleaning, sanitation and safety procedures required. Must be familiar with operation & care of commerical equipment. Five years kitchen experience under qualified supervisor required, in a healthcare setting. Good Customer Service skills are a must.
