POSITION: ASSISTANT FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST

HOURS: Full - Time, Day shift

EDUCATION: B. S. in Computer Science or related discipline required.

DESCRIPTION: This staff member is responsible for the daily support of activities of Revenue Cycle users of IT systems, including planning, design, implementation, documentation and maintenance. These tasks are accomplished through the use of system analysis skills, query tools and system definition tools. Assist with system set up, installation, testing and is responsible for the training of all revenue cycle users. Indentifies and assists in the resolution of issues as they relate to the financial system modules.

REQUIREMENT: B. S. in Computer Science or related discipline required. 2 years of experience in IT financial systems preferred. Knowledge of hospital Admitting, Patient Accounting and Medical Records required. Experience with McKesson applications a plus. Good Customer Service skills are a must.

POSITION: SYSTEM NETWORK OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN

HOURS: Full - Time, days & flex as needed

EDUCATION: B. S. in Computer Science is required

REQUIREMENTS: Experienced Systems Network Operations Technician with a minimum of five years of experience with PC's and Networks and also skilled in building and maintaining terminals and PC hardware including substituting similar equipment to meet enduser needs when required. This Technician identifies host system and PC problems with hardware and/or software and provides methods of resolution. The Technician provides maintenance on telephones and fax machines and replaces failed equipment or modifies equipment programming to meet user needs, and communicates with end users and software developers to ensure software and systems functionality. This Technician will generate and maintain Technical and Project Management documentation and report these matters to the Project Manager. Must have experience prioritizing projects through evaluation of requests and complexity of programming required based on number of end users affected by requests. Excellent Customer Service skills are a must with a "team player attitude". Experience with Cisco equipment, VPN, VMWARE, Citrix & SAN preferred. Cisco certifications preferred.
