POSITION: MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST
HOURS: Per Diem
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology or Biological Sciences
DESCRIPTION: Individual will perform various chemical and microscopic tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Receives or obtains specimens for laboratory analysis. Individual is responsible for recording laboratory test results.
REQUIREMENTS: B.S. Degree in Medical Technology, in addition to being ASCP-MT eligible with one year experience as a Class 20 Medical Technologist at Huntington Hospital or be a graduate of a B.S. Degree program in Biological studies. State license or limited permit required. Customer Service skills are a must.
