POSITION: PHARMACY TECH
HOURS: Full Time (mixed shift, every other weekend)
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree a plus. Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
DESCRIPTION: This individual is responsible for assisting Staff Pharmacists in all aspects of comprehensive Pharmacy services. Duties include unit dose cassette filling, answering telephones, stock replacment, inventory control, IV room functions and receiving and delivery of medications with some lifting required.
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Two years of hospital experience required. Pharmacy Technician Certification is required. Looking for an energetic, people person with good communication skills. Must be detail oriented since accuracy is critical. Must be able to take direction as well as work independently. Service Excellence skills a must.
