Nursing comprises the largest department of
the Dolan Family Health Center which provides
primary medical care for men, women and children.
Promoting wellness in a safe, culturally competent
environment is the goal of the nursing staff,
many of whom are bilingual in either English
and Spanish or English and French.
Registered nurses provide clinical support to
providers in Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN
and other specialty clinics. Their responsibilities
include direct patient care, immunization and
medication administration, case management, coordination
of care, and patient education. Dolan Center
nurses are also responsible for maintaining compliance
with regulatory agencies.
