Physicians, certified nurse midwives and registered nurses provide all maternity services to program participants.

Am I eligible for the program?
The Dolan Family Health Center will assist you in applying for Medicaid benefits. You will receive benefits as soon as your application has been processed. Please call the Dolan Family Health Center’s Medicaid Eligibility Coordinator at 631-425-5248 for further information.
