Huntington Hospital would like to acknowledge the generosity
of all businesses and persons who make donations including
gifts in kind. Unlike a monetary donation, the gift-in-kind
is a contribution of goods or services. It could be a prize
for a fund-raising raffle. It could be a gift of books or
toys to patients. It could be a donation of food for an event
that benefits the hospital. Gifts in kind are tax-deductible.
Their use benefits patient care and helps keep our community
hospital strong and vital. The Huntington area has a long
history of support for its hospital and has helped build it
into a healthcare facility of extraordinary depth and range.
“Without this support, both monetary and non-monetary,
we could not fulfill our mission as well as we do,”
said Robert Mottola, Vice President for Development &
Community Relations. We are deeply grateful to every corporation,
business, foundation, and individual whose generosity has
helped us provide superior care to so many.
Huntington Hospital physicians and employees are encouraged
to patronize businesses which support our mission. If you
have a product or service that you wish to donate, please
call the Development Office at (631) 351-7040.
